If the cable is buried outdoors, it will be deployed mechanically. Workers must verify that all preparations are in place before deployment can begin. The machine will slowly advance, and workers will then lift the cable drum into position before manually lowering it.
5. There are two methods for placing the cable into the canal. One method involves carrying the cable directly on the shoulders; do not drag the cable directly across the ground. The other method involves multiple workers lifting the cable. For example, a group of six cables can be bundled together, with four to six people per group carrying the cables. Coordination is also required to ensure that the cable is laid to standard without disrupting its operation or damaging it.
